The Northeasters Honesdale Barbershop chorus of the Barbershop Harmony Society will present its 36th annual show, entitled “Girls”. It will feature songs about girls. Four chapter quartets will also perform; namely , Chordially Yours, Basses Loaded, Stourbridge Lion, and Northeast Spirit . The 24 man chorus of all ages and from all walks of life is directed by Mrs. Tamlyn Ebert. Sandy Gabrielson will be the narrator.

The Wayne County Arts Alliance announces its second annual art party and fundraiser. Admission is free, and there will be a donation bar, snacks, music, and an amazing display of local art. The WCAA provided 50 artists with blank 16” x 20” canvases to create their interpretation of Texture. By purchasing a ticket in advance, attendees are guaranteed to take home an original work of art. Tickets are being sold at five levels: $50, $125, $250, $350, and $500. We will begin the selection of artwork at 7:00. Ticket-holders who paid the highest amount will have the opportunity to select artwork first, followed by the second-highest, and continuing until everyone who purchased a ticket has selected a work of art for his or her home collection. Remember, there are only 50 tickets available.
