Interested in hiking? Even if you've never been hiking before, you can find many trails locally to visit. It's a great exercise with many health benefits.
Right here in Honesdale is the Irving Cliff Trail. During this meetup, we will discuss the many benefits of hiking as an exercise, local places to hike and arrange a fall hiking meetup to your favorite local trail.
Attendees will receive an email list of local places to hike, a "mountain hike" guided imagery MP3 and one lucky participant will receive a handmade walking stick.
