Fermented Foods 101 Workshop at The Cooperage
Location: 1030 Main Street, Honesdale, PA
Time: Oct 25, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Three different community members with a love for these fermented foods will be leading the workshop: MaryAnne Carletta, Alicia Anderson and Ryanne Jennings.
Each will have samples of these fermented foods for you to give a try and see how you like them. Fermented foods like kefir, kombucha an sauerkraut are all proven to have positive health effects because of their natural probiotics, which help with “gut health” and building a healthy immune system. Suggested donation: $15 per person
