Wild About Wildlife
Location: Lacawac Sanctuary
Time: Apr 29, 2012 from 10:00 AM to
Eastern woodland areas and the Delaware River Valley provide optimal living conditions for dozens of mammals of all shapes and sizes. With the help of several common mammal pelts, individuals will learn how to identify a variety of local mammals and find out about the physical characteristics, diet, and habitat of each. After the hour long session is a perfect time for parents and grandparents to take the kids out and hike one of our Lacawac trails to look for animal signs you just learned about. Free.
