Family Ice Fishing Program
Location: PPL Wallenpaupack Environmental Learning Center
Time: Feb 11, 2012 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM
Weather permitting, participants will also get the opportunity to put their new fishing skills to use out on Lake Wallenpaupack. The program is free and fishing licenses are not required. Equipment and bait will be provided. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Part of this program will be conducted inside, but parents need to ensure that they and their children are dressed appropriately for the outdoor portion of the program. Registration is required. *Note: The indoor portion of this program will be held regardless of the lake’s ice conditions. If there is not a safe level of ice, the outdoor portion will not be conducted. Call 570-253-7001 or email pplpreserves@pplweb.com with questions.
