DIY Reflexology Workshop

Caroline has studied the scientific art of reflexology at the Omega Institute of Holistic Studies and is certified by The American Reflexology Certification Board. She has been practicing reflexology for over 3 years.
Reflexology is the practice of working certain points (reflexes) on the ears, hands and feet, that coincide with all of your organs and body systems to assist the body in coming into balance on it’s own.
Reflexology will put you into a deeply relaxed state, lower blood pressure and increase circulation throughout your body. Caroline has witnessed clients gain relief from chronic back pain, daily migraines, anxiety and a host of other ailments, while working on them.
