AuthorFest 2017
Location: Dorflinger Factory Museum, White Mills

In addition to Mine Seed, Dailey has written several volumes of poetry, a work on feminine archetypes in James Joyce’s Ulysses, and articles for various papers and magazines. Her latest novel, Wounded Island, is set in World War One. She is currently at work on stage adaptations from her novels.
AuthorFest is an all-day event starting at 9:30 am with a presentation by Chris Peroni on writing for the screen. A panel discussion, “COMING TO THE MUSE; WHY IS POETRY IMPORTANT?”. follows from 10:45 to 11:45. Starting at noon, 20-plus regional authors will be available to discuss their work with visitors. Their books will also be for sale. This year, for the first time, AuthorFest will offer activities for children. The entire event is free to authors and public alike, and there is still room in the spacious Blue Room for additional authors.
